Accessibility Statement
Last updated July 24, 2026
Our commitment to accessible services, the standard we work toward, and how to report an accessibility issue.
Ordnary wants our services to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This page explains the accessibility standard we work toward, the current state of our services, and how to report an issue.
Standard we work toward
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and to meet the requirements of EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act, which applies to relevant Ordnary services from 28 June 2025.
Measures we take
We take the following measures to support accessibility across our services:
- including accessibility requirements in our design and development process;
- testing key user flows with keyboard navigation and screen readers;
- checking color contrast against WCAG AA thresholds;
- providing text alternatives for meaningful non-text content; and
- training our design and engineering teams on accessible design practices.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of our services may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include older interface components that haven't yet been migrated to our current design system, and some data-heavy dashboards in Ordnary Web Services that are difficult to navigate with a screen reader. We're working through these as part of our ongoing accessibility roadmap.
Compatibility
Our services are designed to work with recent versions of major browsers and commonly used assistive technologies, such as screen readers, screen magnification, and speech recognition software. Older or unsupported browser versions may not render all accessibility features correctly.
Feedback and reporting an issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier using any of our services, tell us. Email accessibility@ordnary.com with a description of the issue, the service and page or feature involved, and, if possible, the assistive technology and browser you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to provide a plan or timeline for addressing valid issues.
Formal complaints procedure
If you're not satisfied with our response, or the underlying issue isn't resolved within a reasonable time, you can escalate the matter to the relevant national enforcement body for the European Accessibility Act or the Web Accessibility Directive in your country. For the Netherlands, this is currently the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT).
This statement
We review and update this statement periodically as our services and our accessibility work evolve.
